My first card from Turkey. My husband and I honeymooned in Turkey and loved it. We spent a few days in Istanbul. Wonderful city! This is a night view of Sultanahmet Camii (The Sultanahmet Mosque or Blue Mosque). Beautiful mosque. I highly recommend visiting Turkey. We hope to go back again someday.

MALAYSIA
The first card is a picture of a Putra Mosque in Putrajaya, the administrative capital of Malaysia. The seat of government was shifted in 1999 from Kuala Lumpur due to the overcrowding and congestion there. Nevertheless, Kuala Lumpur remains Malaysia's national capital. The Putra Mosque showcases a main dome that is 36-meters in diameter. The Five Pillars of Islam are represented by its five-tiered minaret rising 116 meters high.
The sender must have forgotten he sent me a card because I got another a week later. The second is of Penang UNESCO World Hertiage site. It is the inner part of the city of Georgetown in Malaysia.

Great stamp and card! This card shows touristic buildings in Zeeland, a county in Holland. The sender of this card is from Groede, nearby Breskens and the beach, right next to the Belgium border. In Groede there are only about 500 houses so a very small town!
